Warranty

Mødernist offers a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty on all its furniture from the date of delivery. Mødernist will endeavour to assist should any defects arise within this period, subject to a full inspection of the items and the possible causes to the issues arising.

The warranty is subject to the following conditions:

• The goods supplied by Mødernist have not been altered after delivery.
• The goods have not been subjected to abuse or exposed to any use other than that for which the product was manufactured.
• The products have not been cleaned with corrosive or abrasive substances, such as Handy Andy or products containing ammonia.
• Mødernist must assess the failed product in person in order to evaluate the nature of the malfunction or damage before the customer is entitled to a replacement or repair.

If any of the above conditions are not met, unfortunately, the guarantee will be nullified. However, Mødernist can provide a quotation to repair or replace the item.
